User Agreement for WeMate

We've drafted these Terms of Service (which we simply call the "Terms") so that you'll know the rules that govern our relationship with you. These Terms do indeed form a legally binding contract between you and CLBOM LLC. So please read them carefully。

By using the Services, you agree to the Terms. Of course, if you don't agree with them, then don't use the services.

The App and the Service are owned and operated by CLBOM LLC. ("WeMate," "we," or "us" ) and are accessed by you under the Terms of Service described herein ( "Terms of Service" or "Agreement" ). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App or the

Service. By accessing the App or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all these terms and conditions, then you may not access the App or use the Service. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to coonfer any third party rights or benefits.

1. Use of WeMate

- Eligibility: Our Service is designed for a general audience and is not directed towards children. In connection with our Service, we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18) . If you believe that a child under age eighteen (18) may have provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information specified in the "Contact Us" section.

- Permitted Use: You agree to use WeMate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this User Agreement. You may not use the product in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of WeMate.

- Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any activity that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to, unauthorized access to systems, data mining, or distributing malicious software.

2. User Responsibilities

- Accuracy of Information: While WeMate does not require personal information, you are responsible for any information you provide to us during your use of the product.

3. Intellectual Property

- Ownership: All content and materials provided by WeMate, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of WeMate or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

- Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from WeMate without our express written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the product. Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing WeMate.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to WeMate at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of this User Agreement.

6. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this agreement periodically.

7. Governing Law

This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
